Join us on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 @ 7pm as we celebrate the Skills Ontario Gold Medal winning menu. Kateryna Gryshchenko, last years Silver Medalist took home the Gold at this years event and we are celebrating her flavours. Here is the menu for the evening: 1st course: Petit Fours Platter: Creamy Mushroom Profiteroles and Cheese & Nut Tartlets 2nd course: Beet Cured Salmon en Croute, Yogurt Gelee, and Pickled Shallots 3rd course: Shrimp & Fish stuffed Cappelletti, Parlsey Coulis, Carrots & Celeriac, and Seafood Foam 4th course: Hibiscus Sorbet 5th course: Sesame Ginger Sous Vide Short Ribs 6th course: Deconstructed Lemon Meringue Pie + Fresh Baked Bread for the Table Event is BYOB Dinner is at 7pm.
