Fermentation Workshop: Dill Pickles and Spiced Carrots

Learn the fundamental concepts of vegetable brine fermentation and make your own custom-seasoned fermented dill pickles and spiced carrots. Take home two jars equipped with a reusable airlock system. Please bring a medium sized cutting board, vegetable peeler, and a large chef’s knife.
