The Chef de Cuisine students at Liaison College Kitchener are coming to the end of their program and are proud to present their final Chef’s Table – 5 course tasting menu for Tuesday, June 26th, 2018 @ 7:00pm.
The Menu includes:
1st course – Cold Pea Soup and Shrimp
2nd course – Crispy Quail on Potato Rosti with Pomegranate Demi
3rd course – Apricot Bourbon Sour Sorbet with Bourbon Glazed Apricot
4th course – *Venison Loin with Glazed Beets, Buckwheat Cake, Pickled Mushroom, and Crispy Beet Leaf.
5th course – *Deconstructed Lemon Meringue Pie
*This Chef’s Table features our Silver Medal winning dishes from the 2018 Skills Ontario Competition, cooked by our silver medal winner!
