Join Pasty Chef Dylan Smith every Saturday in November & December to learn about & experience traditional bread-making using heritage grains, stone ground flour, and natural leavening. Dylan uses his own 18 year old sourdough ‘mother’ starter for all of his artisanal loaves. Make flatbreads, sourdough loaves & starters.
You will leave with a solid foundation on how to bake bread from scratch, a recipe, loaf of bread, and your own sourdough culture. A light lunch & refreshments are included in the price.
