Beer Pairing – Chef’s Table

We are brewing up some Beer for the upcoming Chef’s Table and the Chef de Cuisine students here at Liaison College of Culinary Arts could not be more excited about inviting you all to join us for our 5 Course Tasting Menu with Beer Pairing on Tuesday, September 25th, 2018 @ 7pm
Our menu features;
1st course – Quail Egg Benedict with Hollandaise and Bacon on Chive and Parsley Griddle Cake with Hash and Tomato
2nd course – Pan Seared Skate with Tomato Concasse, Shallot Mousse Pot de Creme and Olive Tapenade
Beer Pairing; Red Stripe Style Lager
3rd course – Red Wine Thyme Sorbet
4th course – Braised Short Ribs Bourguignon with Irish Red Ale, Bacon and Mushrooms served with Onion Rings
Beer Pairing: Irish Red Ale
5th course – Vanilla Hazelnut Mousse with Cherry Sorbet
Beer Pairing: Cherry Vanilla Stout
*Menu includes fresh baked bread for the table
