Congratulations to Danielle French – the brilliant, local food obsessed maven behind #FeastOn Certified business: South Pond Farms. Last week, she was awarded the 2019 Ambassador Award from Ontario Farm Fresh.
“I’d like to thank OFFMA for choosing me and recognizing me as someone who both promotes and supports local food & Ontario farming as it’s something very near and dear to my heart” said Danielle French on the win.
This award recognizes those who are committed to supporting and promoting local food in Ontario. The award was presented to Danielle French of South Pond Farms at the Ontario Farm Fresh Marketing Association Awards Gala on February 19th, 2019.

Unlike the other OFFMA awards, this award has the OFFMA Board of Directors looking outside of the immediate community to recognize someone who is promoting local food and local farmers to the public. Past recipiants include Anita Stewart, Lynn Crawford and Anna Olson.
