They’ve assembled a team of thought-leading instructors and industry experts to help more the industry forward. The newest of which is Leanne Martineau.
In January of 2018, Leanne Martineau joined Centennial College School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts as General Manager, Restaurants and Events.
She was most recently Event Manager at the Miller Lash House at University of Toronto and was previously Senior Sales Manager with Evergreen Canada at the Brick Works and Owner of Fanny Chadwick�s restaurant. She previously held leadership positions at Cafe Belong and Belong Catering, The Stop Community Food Centre, Estates of Sunnybrook, Searchmont Resort, Leat Catering, Senses Bakery and Restaurant.
