This workshop will guide participants through the major stages of crafting sourdough bread.  Feeding the “mother”, mixing dough, shaping loaves and, of course, baking!

Everyone attending will take home a loaf of the bread we will bake together that evening, as well as an uncooked loaf that they can bake at home, and their own little “mother” starter for future batches.
All recipes, instructions and ingredients, including organically-grown flour, will be provided by Nice Buns baker Sara Lapell.

The bread we will be making is suitable for vegan diets.  N.B. Glutenous Maximus!
