Top students from Ontario’s leading culinary programs take on a cooking challenge to become the next “Rising Chef”. Students will battle it out as out as they prepare their own locally-inspired appetizer, entrée and dessert complemented with citrus flavours live in front of a judging panel of local food aficionados.

Watch the excitement unfold while enjoying a locally-inspired, citrus tasting menu created by Donna Dooher, Executive Chef, Mildred’s Temple Kitchen. The delicious tastes of the evening’s menu will be sure to delight, tempering the cold winter’s evening with a touch of Florida sun coupled with local Ontario ingredients in each heart-warming recipe.
