Join me on Sunday, January 27th for a dinner fit for the Greek Gods. This menu is inspired by the foods and dishes that were used and enjoyed by the ancient Greeks. Imagine the Greek table without tomatoes, potatoes, no peppers or eggplants!

The Ancient Greeks did, however use herbs, spices, wine and honey, fruits and nuts, wild greens and vegetables. Meat, fish and seafood were also part of the ancient Greek diet as were ancient grains like spelt.

Cheeses were also part of the ancient Greek diet and I look forward to seeing you on January 27th for a Deipnon (dinner) that will take you back in time to the banquet table of the ancient Greeks.
