On February 18 and 19, come to Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Niagara College Campus for Canada’s Premier Student Pastry Competition and Chocolate and Ice Wine Event.

The Canadian Food and Wine Institute at Niagara College is proud to host the event, which is Canada’s only national student pastry competition. The event will bring in the best and brightest pastry students from across the country for a competition that will showcase two wonderful theme ingredients: chocolate and ice wine.
