Rebecca please do more of these kinds of articles that profile as you said “local food heros.” They are inspiring to us all. Also we we each do our own part we may want to be contacting these people as speakers in our own towns and cities. All of us have institutions like community centres, churches, hospitals, and convention centres that need serious improvement in their local food procurement. I hope each of these people would be willing to share their successes.
